Eve Share Market
Yes, Eve Online has a shares market, albeit quite basic at present (but Oveur has plans... apparently :) ). On this page we feature RSS feeds from both [EMFi] and [RESX] (please be patient while the feeds load). You will need to enable JavaScript to view these feeds.
If you are new to investing and are looking to buy shares, we would advise you to use a recognised Escrow/Share Broker when buying shares from a third party (anyone who is not the original issuer). This does not include the seller's mate!
If you are planning on issuing shares to the Eve community by means of an IPO, you need to advertise the fact and let as many people know as possible. Don't just post the details on the Eve Online forum, publish the details of your IPO here too. It is advisable to have a business plan detailing how you intend to use investors funds, and how you intend to make money. Not having a sound business plan publicly available will most likely result in a failed share launch.
If your corporation has gone public, you should publish financial reports. Use us to let people know when your report is available and where.

We will liaise with the selling party on your behalf and will hold your ISK until we are in possession of your new shares. Only at this point will we release your funds to the seller and the shares to yourself, ensuring a safe scam free transaction.
If you have some shares you want to sell, let us do the leg work for you. We will list your sell orders here and on the Eve-Online Forum, and endeavour to get the best price for you. People who sell privately often sell too low, looking for a quick sale. This not only reduces the ISK you will get back, but also de-values the entire stock. To ensure a safe transaction, we will not release your shares to the buyer until we receive the ISK. Should there be a dividend pay-out while we are in possession of your shares, we will transfer 100% of the dividend received to the toon that transferred the shares to us.
An issue of trust? We have invested a lot of time and money into this site. Our name and reputation is very important to us. If we were to scam, we would lose the faith and trust of the eve community and all our hard work will have been for nothing. Need we say any more?
